Report content, or complain

Anyone can use this, whether or not you have a StudyMarket account. You do not need to know the right words for it. Tell us what you saw and where, and we will look at it.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first. If a child is at risk, contact the school, the agency arranging the placement, or your local child protection service. We are not an emergency service and we are not a safeguarding authority.
What are you reporting?

We only use it to tell you what we did. Without it we cannot come back to you.

If you disagree with something we decided about your content or your account, use this same route and say so. A named person is accountable for these decisions, and a complaint is a reason for us to look at the decision again.
